3. Tips Menulis Laporan yang Efektif
- Gunakan bahasa yang jelas dan singkat. Hindari jargon yang tidak diperlukan.
- Berikan data kuantitatif. Misalnya, downtime selama 45 menit atau kerugian estimasi US$ 5,000 .
- Sertakan bukti visual bila memungkinkan. Lampirkan foto, screenshot, atau log file.
- Prioritaskan masalah. Tanda Urgent , High Priority , atau Low Priority di subject membantu penerima menilai tingkat keparahan.
- Follow up secara teratur. Kirim update singkat setiap 2 4 jam atau setelah setiap tahap penyelesaian.
